The Diary of A Young Girl Review

I was a little reluctant when I had to learn about Anne Frank. I was never really a big history person and I'd never dreamed of ever reading her diary.

I had to read a play version of 'Diary of Anne Frank' and I was shocked and unraveled by what was in it. And watching the movie 'Life of Anne Frank' (I think that's the title. It's been awhile), my heart shattered. And I was eager to learn more about how she survived two years stuck in the attic with a bunch of people.

I was completely overwhelmed when I was reading 'The Diary of A Young Girl' -- her diary. If anything, Anne is strong. I don't think I can ever have the tolerance to be stuck in an attic for two years and watch the world grow up from a small window. This diary not only made me feel all emotional and all, but it taught me a lot. If a girl like Anne can do that, then why can't the rest of us appreciate what we have a little more? I'm Anne's age -- her final year of life. If people's lives right now could know what it's like to go through something like that, I believe the world would be a better place

Remembrance Review

This book came off as a little boring to me. But I've heard many good reviews so I pushed myself on to reading this book. I love how immediately the book jumps into the plot and that caught my attention well. I was a little irritated with Drew always pushing Lizzie out. The book reminded me a lot of Twilight, especially whenever I read Lizzie had her hair covering her face; preventing her from looking at Drew.

To me the turning point was when she broke up with Jeremy. I was really curious of how that was going to work out. And when Drew dumped Chelsea,I couldn't let go of my itouch and I had to keep reading it. My favorite part would have to be when Lizzie had that flashed back about how she died and she lied to Jeremy about loving him. You don't read about that in many romance books!

I am really looking forward for a sequel (if there is one) and see if Chelsea and Lizzie can ever be the same again. Same goes for Jeremy. 'Remembrance' is a truly magical book

A Game of Thrones Review

This was a truly enjoyable book.

At first, I was slightly hesitant about reading this book. The back of the book sounded very little appealing and it looked excruciating long (Not that I don't like long books, but I didn't know if I had the time for it). But I decided to read it anyways.

I was new to the writing style and the way the characters talk, at first. I had to re read the prologue several times before I can finally understand it. Once, I've gotten use to the changing characters in each chapter, this book became enjoyable.

I love reading books with lords, knights, princess, and all like that. This book has it all and the adventure and action in this was amazing. The action wasn't very much as I like, but it was satisfying for me. And the emotions, goodness, I had to put this book down several time and breathe--mostly because of the animals--you'll understand, if you read it.

Anyways, I gave this book a 4 instead of a 5 because it seemed a little slow pace. I'm not someone who likes to read about details in scenery and battle strategy, it's boring to me. But I read it all anyways. I'll admit I hate every single character except Jon Snow and the wolves. They're attitudes annoys me. But overall, I definitely recommend this book! :)

CLOCKWORK PRINCE REVIEW

There are many times I had to put down this book and just breathe. This is definitely, one of the most emotional books I've ever read.

In all honesty, I at first thought, they were a little out of character. I guess its because I haven't read the first book in awhile. I thought Will was a little weird at first but I got to understand why, and boy, that broke my heart slow.

You get to learn a lot more about the characters in CP--not just Tessa, Jem, and Will. Also Gabriel, Charlotte, Henry, etc. It's amazing how each of their stories can rip out your heart and make it burn. I honestly thought I was going insane reading this book, its a lot to take in, even if it's just an fictional book.

I don't want to spoil any of it, so all I'm going to say is...even if you prepare yourself to read this book. I promise you, your heart will probably be broken by the time you finish this book, whether you had guard it well or not.
